How much is Shipping and how long will it take to arrive ?
All items are now shipped Royal Mail Tracked 24 £5.50, you will receive an order complete email with tracking number, we are unable to ship anything the same day.
Any orders not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address will be recharged a delivery charge at £5.50 once the item as been returned to us assuming you still require it.
If you receive the wrong item you must contact us as soon as possible, the correct item will be sent out once the wrong item is received back, we will cover all shipping costs, if the item is out of stock at the time we will issue a full refund.
Any orders placed over the weekend this includes Friday afternoon will ship out on Monday unless on back order, this may take a little longer.
Back orders may take up to 3 days but are normally quicker .
