This is my third antenna from UK Antennas and like the others it delivers excellent results. Using the 39m long 10-80m wire also supplied as an inverted V at a maximum height of 9 meters I thought it would be good for NVIS, i also us a vertical multiband quarter-wave for DX but I have found this EFHW equals and outperforms the vertical with a couple of S points higher on TX and RX to VK from the UK and also to Japan on my first few contacts on 20m using 400watts. NVIS signals are also as hoped good to better. I also have the 20m monoband which is fantastic used as a vertical. Many thanks to Ian who has always been helpful with advice if needed.

This is the 4th antenna I have got from Ian, He supplied the 1kw with the 80-10 shortened wire. As always the antenna arrived quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition. I asked ot to be tuned on 80 meters at 3.750 and upon installing it I found it to be exactly where i needed it. The 49:1 is up at 9 meters and runs across the lawn to a 9 meter pole so completly flat topped. It works great with low noise and great TX/RX into UK and Europe. Top quality as always and great communication. Thanks Ian, I fully reccomend your Antennas and will continue to spread the word.Martin EI2JEB
